Whole Wheat Pancakes

- whole wheat
- 1 1/2
- cup
- rice milk
- 2
- eggs
- 1/2
- cup
- olive oil
- 4
- tsp
- baking powder
- 1
- dash
- sea salt
- 2
- tbp
- organic sugar

- Prep Time: 15 minutes |
- Cook Time: 5 minutes |
- Total Time: 20 minutes
- Mix in a blender the wheat and 1 cup of the rice milk 2 minutes
- Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another 4 minutes
- Scrape down the sides of the blender again with a spatula to make sure it is all mixed well
- Cook like a regular pancake in a frying pan
- Top with buter and pure maple syrup or jelly
