  1. Combine the first three ingredients and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add the other tablespoon of milk if needed to get the desired consistency

Other Notes

This can be spread on a cooled cake or warmed in a sauce pan and served on a warm cake.........be creative!
